Mermaid Tails Half Sheet

This sheet was created by Laura for her Steampunk Atlantis project, and was also inspired by artwork by Rhonda: adding mermaid tails to Victorian ladies and gents. These tails are sized to fit images on the collage sheets:

- Victorian Ladies
- Mini Regency Fashion
- Flower Fairies

and I'd imagine they'd fit a lot of other women and men (and creatures?) on other collage sheets, too.
