This is a kit with pre-cut steps and a central dowel to make a spiral staircase with 16 steps.

One kit with parts for 16 steps (makes a staircase 4-3/4" tall, with the final 1/4" of the 5" height of the room being the final step). Note: the dowel included is 6" long, so you can cut to fit or add additional steps from the Extra Steps for Half Scale Spiral Staircase.
