Just painted wood, but a perfect little version of an oatmeal box. There are vintage oatmeal labels on the Vintage Pantry Labels Half Sheet and Little Household Goods Collage Sheet (one from the former is shown, but not included).
23mm tall (almost 1") x 10mm diameter. 1:12 scale.
