Description
Such a cute little dollhouse in 1/4 scale ("1/4 inch to 1 foot scale"... 4 times as small as the "1 inch to 1 foot scale" 1:12 scale items).
The overall height is approx. 4-5/8" x 2-1/2" wide x 1-1/2" deep. Usable height inside each "room" is at least 1-1/2". Note that there is no "floor" for the attic (or "roof" for the top floor). That should give you a place to hide wiring if you decide to add lighting.
There's also mini version of this dollhouse linked below (with just 1 story inside but the same height "room" so Quarter Scale furniture will still fit).
This set also includes the facade with windows cut (that doubles as the "door" if you hinge the facade) and the strips of overlays (with windowpane cut-outs) and door and window frames shown above. Lots of trims!

Note: This is a laser-cut chipboard kit. It will ship in 2 flat sheets: almost completely cut out, save a tiny (1/8") spot that you can cut with a sharp blade.
Assembly is required, but it's super easy with a slat and groove system. You'll need to apply quality glue to keep everything in place.
