Tiny Cake Plate Filigree

Updated: Still the same diameter and (still) thin enough to be wrapped around an object but a new design (with a larger flat area in the center; shown in one of the photos above with a 14mm cabochon).

21mm diameter. Pretty, lacy edges (hence using as a cake plate).
