Save yourself a headache, and just wipe the cut edges of these items down with a dry paper towel before assembling or painting. This is a laser-cut chipboard set of parts, designed as the base for the Stairstep Tabletop Display (so 4" wide; 3" tall as imagined as a market stall display table for a standing 1:12 scale proprietor).

Open on one long side (the open side could be facing the front for more display area (see the photo above showing wooden crates) or could be turned around and the solid side facing the front.
